Reception: Saturday, Feb. 27, 13pm
This new exhibition features 15 noted Northern California contemporaries who don’t necessarily label themselves as fiber artists. Provocative pattern-based works incorporating graphic design, multimedia, printmaking, sculpture and installation come to the Art Department, where textiles courses are in high demand at a time when other California colleges have eliminated programs.
